Aries & Orwyn is a unique artistic creation made on a recycled CD, transformed into a contemporary art surface.

Conceived as a small world turning upon itself, this piece explores duality: light and mist, fire and introspection, energy and mystery.

🔥 Side A – Aries, the Golden Phoenix

Aries embodies the force of renewal. Inspired by the energy of the Aries zodiac sign, this side evokes a celestial phoenix rising from the depths of night.

The iridescent reflections of the disc capture the light and extend this solar vibration. Each shimmer becomes a breath of ascent, each nuance an impulse forward.

🌫️ Side B – Orwyn, the Key of Mists

Orwyn reveals a more introspective dimension. The painted circles become passages, the colors open like gateways to the unseen.

This second side invites slower, almost meditative contemplation. Depending on the angle of light, the artwork subtly changes its expression.

This piece is created from a recordable CD originally destined for disposal, carefully cleaned and transformed through an artistic upcycling process.

In my studio in Jouy-en-Josas, France, I give forgotten materials a second life, integrating them into a contemporary recycled art practice.
