Shipping Conditions

1. Shipping Areas

Orders are shipped from France to the following areas:

  - Mainland France

  - Overseas territories (DOM-TOM)

  - European Union (EU)

  - Europe outside the European Union

  - Rest of the world

Shipping methods and prices depend on the delivery area and the weight of the parcel.

2. Shipping Carriers

Shipments are handled by La Poste, using the following services depending on destination and parcel weight:

  - Tracked Letter -  Shipping rates with insurance

  - Colissimo - Shipping rates with insurance

  - Colissimo International - Shipping rates with insurance

  - Mondial Relay - Shipping rates with insurance

The available shipping method is displayed during checkout, depending on the delivery address provided.

3. Shipping Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding exceptional periods).

Delivery times provided by La Poste are indicative:

  - Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days

  - International: delivery times vary depending on the destination country

No refund can be claimed in case of delay caused by the carrier.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the parcel weight and the delivery area.

All prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).
 As the company is not subject to VAT, 
no VAT is applied to shipping fees.

5. International Shipping & Customs

Outside the European Union (including Europe outside the EU and overseas territories)

Deliveries outside the European Union

For all orders shipped outside the European Union, prices are calculated excluding taxes. The shipping fees charged at checkout exclusively cover transport costs.

Customs duties, local taxes (e.g., local VAT), or clearance fees may be required by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, both in terms of declaration and payment.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order. Should the recipient refuse the package due to unpaid fees, initial shipping costs and return fees will not be refunded.

6. Parcel Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be provided after shipment so the customer can follow the delivery status.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
 In case of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in a returned parcel, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

8. Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is:

  - unclaimed,

  - refused upon delivery,

  - returned due to an incorrect address,

return and reshipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Inspection

Customers must check the condition of the parcel upon delivery.
 Any issue (damaged parcel, opened package, missing item) must be reported to the carrier and the seller as soon as possible.
