This solution, called Solution Edition Basic, can be downloaded from PrestaShop's website at www.prestashop.com. It allows users to customize their e-commerce site and add additional features, either free or paid, that have been freely developed by the PrestaShop community, already integrated or available on PrestaShop Marketplace. The use of the Services is exclusively reserved for professionals as defined by French consumer law. These Terms of Use (TOU) govern the access and use of the website https://www.ld.upcycling.art.fr/fr/ published by PrestaShop. Together with the Privacy Policy, they form the complete terms of use. Ludivine-D.UPCYCLING’ART reserves the right to modify these TOU at any time. If applicable, modifications will take effect fifteen (15) days after their publication on the prestashop.com site. 2. Acceptance of TOU

The Works are presented on the site with a description allowing the Buyer to understand their essential characteristics and price. The Buyer selects the Works they wish to purchase, confirms their choice, accepts the TOU by clicking validation, and chooses their payment method.
10. Price and Payment
The product price is indicated including VAT (in euros) on the product description page, but excluding shipping fees.
11. Payment Security
Ludivine-D.UPCYCLING’ART uses secure payment systems such as PayPal and Stancer, utilizing SSL encryption and 3D Secure protocols to ensure the safety of transactions.
12. Shipping and Withdrawal Costs
Shipping is provided by Ludivine-D.UPCYCLING’ART to the Buyer’s address. Shipping costs will be agreed upon at the time of checkout. The Buyer is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties when applicable.
13. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has a 14-day period after receiving the Product(s) to exercise the right of withdrawal.
14. Disputes – Complaints

15. Effective Date
