Kuyan / Tayka is a unique double-sided artwork painted on a recycled CD, transforming a former music medium into a contemporary marine-inspired mandala.
Created with fluid and intuitive acrylic techniques, this circular piece explores tidal breath, wind movement and the mystical presence of mist.
Side A — Kuyan, Soul of the Waves
Born from the breath of the tides, Kuyan embodies the memory of the moving ocean.
Circular forms expand like waves reaching toward infinity.
Side B — Tayka, Spirit of the Mist
Tayka moves between shadow and light, like a whisper suspended in time.
Soft lines and tonal transitions evoke morning mist drifting over water.
This side symbolizes transition, mystery and quiet reflection.
